CyprusHome (cyprushome.uk) is a private, invite-only research tool that aggregates property listings in Cyprus from public sources and from participating agencies. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.

Access requires an invitation. Your account is personal; do not share credentials or invite codes. We may suspend accounts used for scraping, resale of data, abuse, or attempts to circumvent access controls.

Listing information (prices, areas, availability, photos, agent contacts) originates from third-party sources and is provided for information only. It may be outdated, incomplete, or incorrectly parsed. Nothing on the platform is an offer, valuation, or investment/legal advice. Always verify details with the listing agent or seller before making decisions.

Deal scores, price analytics and market statistics are automated estimates computed from aggregated data and carry no warranty.

Agencies publishing listings through the platform warrant that they have the right to publish the content (including photos), that it is accurate, and that it complies with applicable law. We may moderate, edit for formatting, or remove submitted listings.

• No automated scraping, bulk export, or republication of listing data.
• No attempts to probe, disrupt, or overload the service.
• No unlawful, misleading, or infringing content in reviews or listings.

The platform’s software, design and analytics are ours. Listing content belongs to its respective owners; source links are provided on each listing. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it promptly.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on aggregated data, for third-party content, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may modify or discontinue features, and may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
